Our "dancers" are entertainers, they are at the event not just to take off their clothes, they are fully aware that they are "the entertainment", and the highlight of each special event.

It is extremely important to us that the clientele get what they pay for and expect.  Attractive, hassle free, classy, friendly entertainment on time and professional service is what Flashdance Exotic stakes its reputation on.

Our entertainers have their own shows that range from mild to wild. We assign shows based on what the customers have requested and the style of each individual entertainer. We never send you on a show where we know the customer wants a wilder performance than you'd like to do. We do everything possible to take care of our entertainers and emphasize security.  We have a no drug policy and respect ALL our Entertainers and hope for the same respect and loyalty in return. You must be Bondable.  This policy has worked for years and we can proudly say we have some of the greatest entertainers working with us.

No entertainment experience is necessary.  If we feel you have the looks, attitude, and personality for the job, we will make arrangements accordingly.   Clients are usually very nice and enjoy being your first audience and the crowds are encouraging.

Repeat and referral business is always the best, since we know who our clients are, and how they tip and behave towards the entertainer. We have developed quite the client base over the years, and keep them coming back by giving them quality that no other agency can match.  That's how we've stayed in business for over sixteen years in this market.

Our entertainers do not work for us; they work with us. You are your own boss (an independent contractor). However, you must realize that you do represent our agency when at bookings.   No one here will ever ask you to do anything you do not feel comfortable doing.

OH, this is a big one .... Select offices offer drivers for their female entertainers. Safety is always a concern and we have a spotless record.

Also none of our entertainers "tip out" their drivers or the agency.

There is never a "House fee" or the like at Flashdance. The money you make is the money you keep, unlike the other "agencies" and "the clubs". Our working environment is friendly, supportive, relaxed and fun.

When you're in an agency environment such as ours, you have everything taken care of for you.  YOU DON'T PAY RENT, FEES OR FOR COMPANY LICENSING, you're working in a very debt-free environment.
