                                - Party Policies -

               (1)    We do require a deposit on each Booking
This deposit can be made via your credit card or cash  (by appointment only, no checks please) in person at a place mutually agreed upon. With proper notice, we're flexible about making any arrangements.  Note: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a client's cancellation of Booking, as set out in "Termination  of   Entertainment  Booking"   "A" below. However, a refund will be made by Flashdance if Flashdance fails to provide an Entertainer at the address given on the specified date due to our inability to provide such an Entertainer.

               (2)      Lake Shasta Houseboat Parties  

The  houseboat that has any of our entertainers performing on must be docked and remain at a resort slip for the entire duration of the  performance.  NOT tied out at the shoreline, anchored, under power or adrift away from the dock. And entertainer is NOT going to do the performance unless the houseboat is properly docked  This is a genuine safety and comfort issue. We want everyone to have a fun time and be safe. After over a decade of doing houseboat parties we have discovered what dynamics make it all a true event.

We at Flashdance enjoy performing to the highest degree available in an enviroment conduceve for such, for both the client and his/her guests and our entertainers. Great shows are what is's all about!!!

  Cancellation Policy

             "Termination  of   Entertainment  Booking"   "A"

Client may terminate Entertainment Booking at any time for any reason. However, if termination occurs at or within 14 days of the Entertainment  Booking, Client will be obligated to pay the entire Booking fee including any outstanding balance due for the Entertainment Booking. Regardless of the reason for the termination of Booking, this policy applies even in the event that the original Booking occurred within 14 days of the requested entertainment date. The exception to this applies when the entertainer receives and accepts another Booking for the same date and time, thus not losing any compensation.

Even though Client may have used a credit card to hold the Booking of a certain Entertainer for a certain date and time, and Client was going to pay in cash at the time of the Entertainer's arrival, if Client then terminates the Entertainment Booking as stated above, Flashdance will place the total Booking fee on the credit card number used to hold Booking. If, in the event that Client terminates the Booking after making a cash deposit, Client will still owe the balance of the Booking fee to Flashdance, except as stated above. 

"Termination  of   Entertainment  Booking"  "B"

If while at a booking there is any situation that puts the Flashdance Entertainer/s or other Personnel at risk, we shall reserve the right to terminate that booking.

Example: While at a booking in the past, three "guests" decided to get into "the fight mode" between each other and would not take it "outside". So at the Entertainer and her Drivers assessment, the risk of injury was at hand. "Time to go!" Flashdance retains all booking fees. Later the Host contacted us and told us that this was a good call.

Also, it is to be understood that there is to be no touching, photographing or crass language directed toward the entertainer at any time.

                                  Other "Strippers" at our parties

There shall NOT be ANY "strippers" from any other source (from any other company, personal acquaintance or competitor) on the premises at any time while a Flashdance Entertainer is on the premises.

                                                 "Under-Sized Parties"
NOTE: We play no games and will not have any played on us. If you state you will have the minimum allowed number of party guests for said show and, upon arrival, there are less, you will be charged $25.00 per guest short of the minimum.

10 guests minimum for one Entertainer / 15 guests minimum for two entertainers.   Eugene / Sun River - Lake Shasta / Yreka / Rogue Valley Offices

                                                    NO EXCEPTIONS.    

                   Bachelor / Bachelorette / Birthday / Other Parties

Bachelor  Ok, this is a pre-nuptial male bonding ritual (in the past they called it a "Stag Party") so................. NO FEMALES ARE ALLOWED!!!  This may sound like a no brainier yet as of late a few insecure girls have tried to push their way in. Got a party that's on fire till this happens .... the crashers pour water on the fire and all you get is steam! If this is allowed to occur, the entertainment is over.

Bachelorette Ok, this is a pre-nuptial female bonding ritual (not unlike the guys bachelor party) so................. Birthday It is understood that most of the time there are both guys and girls at birthday parties so this is not a problem so long as all the guests are up to speed on the fact that there is an entertainer coming in for the guest of honor and that only a positive attitude is welcome. Note: We know our entertainers well and that some  work better with "mixed crowds" than others, please be up front with us when ordering and we will direct you to the best selection.

Other Parties  It is also understood that some of the time there are both guys and girls at sports, poker, etc. parties so this is not a problem so long as all the guests are up to speed on the fact that there is an entertainer coming in for all to enjoy and that, once again, only a positive party attitude is welcome. Note: Some entertainers work better with "mixed crowds" than others, please be up front with us when ordering and we will direct you to the best selection.

All we ask is that you communicate to us what you are really looking for in an entertainer so we will best match your expectations to our stable of multi-talented entertainment.

FLASHDANCE EXOTIC DOES NOT BOOK ESCORTS,  AND WE DO NOT OFFER SEXUAL FAVORS OF ANY KIND. All party attendees must be 18 years of age or older.

By booking an entertainer through Flashdance and providing Flashdance with deposit funds either via a credit card or cash, Clients are accepting the Party Policies and Cancellation Polices of Flashdance as stated directly above.

Hiring Female / Male Entertainers for your Party

Make sure you give the Agency enough notice. If you want to hire a particular Entertainer, than you have to give the Agency enough notice to fit that Entertainer into your time schedule. If they are any good, most likely they will be busy. Two or three weeks advance notice may be necessary.

A weeknight can be better than a weekend. Sense some Entertainers will have more availability during the week. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are usually the most popular days to have Bachelor/ette parties, remember that. Summer is the busy season. If your party is in the summer, you should give the Agency as much notice as possible.

When picking a place, make sure there is a private place for the Entertainer/s to change. Give them the privacy to get dressed and freshen up. So if you have a private party room but not a private bathroom -- (like ones that's shared with the rest of a bar) -- that's a problem. The girls need a place to get ready. That makes it very inconvenient for the girls. It's also time consuming if they get to the party and they have no place to change, that's something to keep in mind. If you're doing a party in a public place, (such as a bar), the Entertainer/s will need a place to change.

The management (of the bar) has to be OK with everything. Some bars want to have their cake and eat it too. They want to have your party and take your money, but they don't want to make things convenient for the Entertainer/s or your party guests. They'll just block you off a little place in the bar, and you'll still have to use the same bathroom as everyone else in the bar. And everyone else knows your business, and that you're having a party. You have to ask yourself if that's something you really want? Your best off to use a place that has privacy.

A bachelor / bachelorette party is a very private thing. You want to have it in a private place, not in public. Do you honestly want your wife's or your girlfriend's/ boyfriend=s friends seeing you going out from a bathroom and into a private party room with Entertainers? Where there are guys/girls laughing/screaming and things like that?

Cameras! Cameras should be discussed in advance. Cameras are NOT allowed in the party area . This way there's nobody sneaking around trying to take pictures. Entertainers don't want their pictures taken and a lot of guys/girls at parties don't either. If you start taking pictures, that's how fights happen. The Entertainer can get upset in the middle of a good show and end an otherwise good party because someone snapped a picture. WITH NO CAMERAS ---- THERE'S NO DRAMA.

The Exception: IF you ask the Entertainer ahead of time if any photos maybe taken at the very beginning or at the end of the performance (when they are fully dressed) They may agree to allow an exception to be made.......ASK!!!

A one girl or guy show is geared to 10-15 party guests. A two girl/guy show is geared to 15-30 party guests. A three girl/guy show is geared to 30-45 party guests.  A four girl/guy show is geared to 45- 60+ party guests.

Besides us charging you an additional $25.00 per charge back, we will prosecute you to the absolute fullest extent the law allows. As a member of the Anti-Fraud Coalition, this service is committed to putting a stop to fraudulent credit card and check transactions. In the past, our industry has been plagued by "thieves" who attempt to defraud  by ordering services on their credit cards and then lying to their credit card companies by saying they did not do the call and refusing to pay the charges. All too often even nice guys/girls who intend to pay would buckle under the pressure of their wives/husbands questioning a charge on their statement, and claim not to have called to avoid angering their spouse.
Because of situations like these, our industry is charged higher processing fees by the credit card companies, and until now had little way of fighting back against this fraudulent activity. But credit card fraud, as well as check fraud, is a serious crime in the U.S., and with the help of the Anti-Fraud Coalition, services like ours are banning together to share information about these thieves, and put a stop to them. We have enlisted the aide of a nationwide collection agency who will pursue these criminals and either collect on their accounts, or surrender our phone company records and transcripts to the FBI for criminal investigation. Together, we want to rid our industry of these problems so our main focus can always be providing entertainment and great customer service to our valued clients. The fee schedule is rather hard to pin down due to so many variables. Such as geographic location. (Off this site, we mainly work our West Coast operation  along the I-5 corridor) yet if asked for a coastal or inland booking we will accommodate (at an upcharge).  Also we have featured acts (Linzee Houston for one) that come to us at an upcharge that has to be fee upcharged to our client.

If you are interested in applying for a dancer/entertainer position here at Flashdance Exotic Entertainment, please be aware that we require no experience. Being a fantastic part-time job mainly focused on the weekends, we are looking for goal oriented individuals who are clean-cut, physically fit, and better-than-average looking. You must have a friendly disposition, positive outgoing attitude, and have good work habits. Performer's incomes can be consistent and outstanding and we will work flexibly with anyone's work or school schedule.
